Episode 3 — Proud Papas
Episode 3 is where the Grav village meets Interstellar security theatre. Andy personified Claude as T.A.R.S. — blocky robot energy, GPM plugin review on Mambers, file:line receipts. Damo named his own read-only security session T.A.R.S. too. Two bots, two papas, one GitHub issue thread that reads like proud dads watching robots argue.
Mambers is complex enough to deserve proper review — not fork energy, groundswell around the castle. Andy runs T.A.R.S. through the GPM pipeline. Damo plans his own T.A.R.S. passes for SaaS work: Supabase RLS always on, hands off the code, receipts only. Same vibe, different stack.
"Addressed is a claim, not a fact"
T.A.R.S.'s killer line isn't snark for snark's sake — it's the difference between a changelog claim and a verified fix. Swag, Eventz, Mambers patches get named. rhuk and Damo on Discord have that proud-papa thumbs-up energy when the bots do good work and scary work in equal measure.
file:line receipts or it didn't happen. Mambers is complex enough for T.A.R.S.'s plugin review skill — and Kersey's fixes on Swag/Eventz/Mambers are real ships, not vibes. Groundswell not fork. The village around Grav core, not a competing castle.
Andy's line — "maybe we could make it more efficient… scary tho!" — is the whole AI security mood for 2026. Skynet but make it flat-file. Efficient pipeline. Human still eating chicken while the bots debate RLS.
Proud papas club: membership requires at least one bot child and the inability to stop watching it work. Bots argue security. Humans eat protein. Pipeline efficient. Scary tho. Correct.
